Where do you source your products from?
We have a variety of sources across Australia such as local chemists, direct from the supplier and third party distributors.
We prefer to source items from as many local Aussie businesses as we can, so if you know of anyone or are someone who runs a local business that has a product that might be good for our kits - contact our team team.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from Perth, Western Australia so if you are in the east coast of Australia please allow an extra 2-3 working days for delivery.
Do you offer personalised hangover kits?
We can definitely offer personalisation of your hangover kit if you are ordering over 10 items. Ways you can personalise your order are:
Custom Sticker Prints
Custom postcards with a personal message / date of event or wedding and other text / images
Custom bag printing (however this takes a few weeks so it may be easier for you to source your own and we just provide the contents)

Do you ship internationally?
We can ship internationally but please allow a minimum of 30 working days for your order to arrive. Whilst typically it will arrive within a few weeks, there are so many circumstances out of our control such as customs, COVID delays etc.
We may also need to substitute items (such as aerosols as we cannot ship them out from Australia) and some items may look suspicious coming in through customs scanners.
It is also pretty expensive to ship these kits internationally because they are quite heavy and large.
If you want to make an international order I recommend reaching out to our team to find out the best option for you! (We may even know a local supplier we can direct you to)
Are the products in the kit dangerous?
Whilst all the items sourced are over the counter items that anyone can purchase we do recommend you keep the kits away from children and pets as they do have items that may be poisonous if consumed by someone / something small.
Some kits contain sharp items such as disposable razor in some of the mens kits.
Please check with your health professional if you have any concerns about items in the kit or ingredients within these items.
What are your support hours?
Our team offers support 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday Australian Western Standard Time (AWST).

Our support team will try to endeavour all support queries same day if they are lodged within our support hours. Otherwise please note late requests may fall into the following business day (this may mean a late Friday enquiry will not be answered until Monday morning)
What if I don't like something in a kit? Can I substitute it?
All online store orders cannot have items substituted as they are typically prepacked in order to minimise fulfilment and shipping times.
However if you are looking at placing an order of over 10 items contact our team first to discuss any particular item replacement.
I have received a kit and an item was broken - can I get a refund?
We do have a refund and returns policy which you can read in full.
However short answer - you can either send the entire package back to us (shipping costs are your responsibility) and we will refund the cost of the item less shipping.
Or you can request an item refund. Take a photo of the kit with the postage satchel or box it came in and the damaged item next to the kit. Send to our support team and we will refund you for the item and you can keep the kit.
We do not take responsibility for any breakages or damage that is not reported within 7 days of receipt of your package.
Do you have an affiliate program?
While we do not have an official affiliate program we can definitely offer a discount code referral / commission program. We are totally down to work with anyone who wants to help support us in our mission of no more hangovers Australia wide!
Isn't this just encouraging alcoholism?
The Kooky Kits family are all about encouraging healthy practices and nourishing your body. People of all ages enjoy alcohol for a variety of reasons and we actively support and encourage moderation when consuming alcohol.
Our hangover kits are not designed to encourage people to drink more, but to be responsible with their health if they are going to choose to drink.

I don't drink alcohol - so can I still use the kit?
Awww hell yeah!
The kits are designed ultimately to act as a a mini washkit bag with items you would normally take with you when travelling on a holiday.
The items in the kit that help with the hangover are items that everyonr can utilise.
There is nothing wrong with getting more electrolytes into your system and having a pamper session.
The kits can be used as multipurpose travel kits.

Are your products sustainable?
The Kooky Kits team are passionate about sustainability and the reduction of single use plastics. Where possible we aim to supply products that are multiuse and reusable. Many items only have options to come as single use items (condoms, bandaids, tampons etc) so to counter this we do try and order all our hangover kit contents in bulk to reduce any packaging waste.
We also recycle all our packaging, have a paperless office, use carbon neutral shipping options and recyclable or biodegradable shipping packaging.
